I think (and this is a big “I think” LOL), from what I understand, online inventory and store inventory are managed differently.
Perhaps your product is ‘in stock’ in an actual store, not online - you can locate Mini PA thru Find Store on product page or calling CS to have them locate the store that has the item.

I experienced this many times with the mini pochette this week, kept showing that it’s in stock but call for availability, when I called client services yesterday about it, they said that the sites been glitching quite a bit
