I did and she said she can’t resend another. This one I bought before the price increase and the second one is after the increase so now I don’t really know what to do really. She said I would have to go to the LV store so they can assess it which the nearest is an hour and a half away AND is in a city where there was a confirmed case of Coronavirus :sad::sad:
That’s sounds like poor customer service. Did she say they can’t send another one because it’s OOS? Do you have to go to a free standing store or can it be like a NM or Saks? My Favorite is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, and I hope there’s no issue. It’s my first order with LV, and I’ve read some bad reviews regarding the way they handle issue.

I asked if she can resend another once another is in stock but she said she can’t. She only mentioned returning it to an LV store so I’m assuming it’s the freestanding store. Even if I can return to NM or Saks, the nearest is in the same place as the freestanding store. I received another Pochette Accessoires today after I returned the first one a few days ago because that had issues too! I didn’t pay this much to have a headache :sad: I hope your Favorite arrives in perfect condition!

What do you mean by 'resend'? If there's one in stock, what the CA can offer is to place another order for you but that would be a separate purchase. It doesn't make sense that they would send you another one free of charge as a replacement while you still have the one with the problematic chain. You'll have to either send it back via mail for return since you don't want to go to the boutique or if there isn't one in stock and you decided to keep the one you have, you'll really have to stop by the store anyway to have the bag examined before they can put in a repair order for you. So far it doesn't sound like LV is being unreasonable.

Yep LV doesn't do it. But you can order multiple if they have another in stock, and then just return the ones you don't want. I get that you want to avoid extra charges on your cc but it'll fall off anyway once the return has been processed.

I like the favorite but I don’t like the favorite. I have a love hate relationship with it. If it was the size of the favorite but had a zipper instead of a flap it would be amazing. Also if it came with the mono strap instead of that short vachetta one.

Ladies who have ordered hard to find items from LV website: do you have a preference between refreshing the item from your wishlist or refreshing from the product page?
I refresh from the product page because I have to many items on my wish list and they all refresh lol causing a nano second of a delay :smile:
I also stalk from my laptop - with a bowl of popcorn LOL - true story - that’s how I got a hold of the Rose AND Denim MPA
