I don't blame you, I'd be so annoyed with them too. I wonder what caused the delay with your 2nd order. I've placed 3 orders in the last 3 weeks but all have been fulfilled. Hope you'll receive all the pending orders and the PM's arrive in perfect condition! :)

There will be at least one, but hopefully not two, Pochette Metis monograms at the King of Prussia store in the next few days. Apparently ordering that third was all I needed to do to get my second one shipped to my store. The third order was accepted last night, so let's see how this disproportionately large stalking attempt pays off.

Feel free to PM me or reply here if you want to coordinate efforts to pick up or charge-send one of the two PM monos I had shipped there.
