The first was the one I’ve posted here and described as faded, misaligned, and scratched (date code SD 0220). I ordered a second on February 1, but that has not shipped yet (estimated delivery date was yesterday) and when customer service “submitted a status update request to UPS” yesterday, I knew there would not be any update “within 24 hours.” So I just ordered a third. Let’s see what happens with TWO unfulfilled orders.

I think I may be done with Louis Vuitton. This silly stuff isn’t worth the energy.
