Do they base it on how long the item has been on your wish list? If someone had the item in their wish list for six months and someone else has it on there for three, they would offer it to the one who had it on there for six months. Is that how it works? The youtuber mention some people followed her rule and they did get it.

That is truly insane. This item is available nearly daily. There is no reason they can’t easily resolve this for you. Wow. That’s borderline disgusting. More and more reason to always use PayPal As extra backup with them now. Shame.

I know! I’ve called so many times and gotten the dumbest responses from them. Meanwhile every other order I’ve placed has been shipped the next day. I just called and disputed my CC charge.

I won't buy Pochette Metis from online again. They really seem to lack quality control. It came from warehouse in Ontario, CA and the orange box was too small for the bag so the flap has issues. I am returning it and hoping to find one in store some day. Sigh......

Yep I know how you feel, my mini pochette I ordered online came in a box that would fit a toiletry 26. The external packaging was not secure, and someone stole the mini pochette. Weird, because I've ordered a mini pochette online, and it came in a small/secured box. I ship to store now - also still waiting to hear back from CS about my stolen item.
