I picked up my mini pa at the store today and just couldn’t bring myself to buy a zcp. I actually like my Coach wallet better which is basically the same concept but it has a dollar bill full size slot and a zippered compartment for change. I got this at the outlet too for like $45 and it’s just a pretty color! Lol

Wow! I’m so sorry that happened to you! My first home delivery from
them was the OTG tote. I arrived home to find the box open with a note from the UPS apologizing that he came open on the porch. The crazy part is that the huge LOIUS VUITTON that is intended to be on the inside of the box was on the outside. The box didn’t look like it was properly sealed by LV. I complained and sent pics and heard nothing. I noticed that they now require a signature for everything and don’t allow signature release.

that's because soooooooo many ppl just keep the free LV item and claim it's been "taken" or "tampered" with. BIG PROBLEM that LV is having. so if it occurs a 2nd time, it gets recorded on the customer's profile, and they won't allow you to buy online anymore, your address gets flagged as "at risk" and they'll only allow you to buy in store. (this does not mean banned, just they won't ship to your address anymore because of prior "accidents") that's what my client advisor told me

Actual package theft is a HUGE problem, too. It is so prevalent here in Las Vegas that I am happy to have signature confirmation if I am not picking up in the store. My last 3 purchases were in store pick up. I ordered a ZCP online for home delivery. I did not want to have to go to the store again in such a short period. I certainly do not want the package left on my porch and want it placed in the hands of me or DH. That being said, I have had the experience of an item being stolen by and employee of the shipping company and something else placed in the box. That was something I returned not receiving and it was not LV. Anyway, my point is there is so much dishonesty and risk, signature confirmation helps protect both parties at least a bit...

That's good to know. I knew I should've shipped to store since it's not too far away from me. I was in a rush so I just shipped to my address because I was afraid it would become unvailable as I checked out (mini PA). Never shipping to my address again.
