I forgot to take a video as I opened it, but I was just too exctied. Lesson learned lol and definitely shipping to store next time smfh.

Wow! I’m so sorry that happened to you! My first home delivery from
them was the OTG tote. I arrived home to find the box open with a note from the UPS apologizing that he came open on the porch. The crazy part is that the huge LOIUS VUITTON that is intended to be on the inside of the box was on the outside. The box didn’t look like it was properly sealed by LV. I complained and sent pics and heard nothing. I noticed that they now require a signature for everything and don’t allow signature release.

I know it's a bummer, and I'm new to this but I will for sure be shipping to the store only now! My previous LV packages have been fine, but this box for some reason wasn't well glued together. I'm thinking someone tampered with the bottom and was able to slide out the LV box then slip it back in orrrr LV just forgot to put the item in it's box? Who knows lol I just hope I get refunded
