I just ordered a mini pa a half hour ago and so far no cancellation yet. But I think it will go through since before I got cancellation emails instantly. Still Fingers crossed!
I think you will be good. My cancellations were coming right after I placed the order. Did you create new profile? How long it will take?? From now my every on line order will be canceled??
 
Help! All my orders are being cancelled by LV. I ordered few items last month (2 christmas animation, favorite mm de and key holder). Yesterday my husband (from his account, same address) wanted to order key pouch and card holder and his orders were cancelled. We said ok, happened. But today the same. I tried from my account and the same - cancelled. It looks like we are blocked to order anything from the website. I called CS and they did not help, they told me that we are not blocked and cancellation was because the item was nonavailale or they couldnt verifiy something. But it happened with every order. What it could be? Did it happened to anybody that every order was cancelled ? How long it could take??
I had something strange happened to me maybe two weeks ago. My order wasn’t cancelled per se but one SA in NY would NOT sell the highly sought after Nano Speedy to me. After taking down my credit he called back to say my account was restricted and hung up on me. When I called CS for more info they said something about the fact that I went over 8 transactions and bought from 3 different stores etc and said I can buy again after December 18th. Still confused I called my local SA and stopped by the store later that evening. He said he had never heard of such a thing and that he saw no restrictions on my account. He then proceeded to sell me the Ivy bag without any issues. A few days later I purchased the PA monogram online, another PA in DA from a store in NY, and a Nano Noe and Venice Zippy Coin Purse from yet another store. All went through without a problem. If that wasn’t strange enough, a few days ago I received a text from the same store that wouldn’t sell me the Nano Speedy offering to sell me the Pochette Métis which I declined. I have to say this hot mess shopping with this brand is such a turn off. They first created this artificial shortage for the classic canvas bags and SLGs forcing customers to stalk and fight over the few items. Their CS are either useless or straight out lie to you about availability of items. I am not surprised to hear that they don’t know why your orders are being cancelled.
Whatever algorithms they are using to cause your orders to be cancelled clearly were not explained to the CS either. It’s one thing to have all your orders cancelled but it’s another to not know why so you can fix/avoid it for the future. At this point your best bet is to find an SA that will work with you to by pass by this mess. Good luck. I understand your frustration.

Wow, thanks. Long story but shows the real mess there. Right now all my orders are cancelled. I just tried to order the item which is always available and bam cancelled. CS does not know anything or they lying ...
 
So I am asking on here because I know this is the place up on everything. But did they discontinue the round coin purse? M61926 It isn't showing up on the site when I search round coin purse or by the number I used to purchase it with earlier this year.

I think it has to do with their new policy now (I'm assuming not every employee knows about it which is probably why they can't explain or maybe they just don't want to)...each customer is allowed to buy limited number of items--if you go beyond your limit you need to wait it out for like 30 days to make your next purchase...if you try to exceed you can get banned. And doesn't matter if you try to switch from sa to sa or store to store to online...that's all I know so far, I'm gonna find out the details!
 
i agree with the leather market they are entering, but canvas prices are also rising :sad: all the new collection canvas bags are no longer in the $1xxx range, i know things cost more now but does anyone remember when the NOE POUCH came out in 2018, it was $500 something and then a few months into 2019, they raised the price to 820$ :amazed:
Yes we discussed the noe pouch increase in this thread back then. All of us were pretty much taken aback by it. I deleted it from my wishlist right then and there. We were like since people found ways to alter the pouch into crossbody hence lv took notice and was like "hey we're losing money on this thing...lets make it $1k!"

If this limit is true it will it not be enforced here in CA. There are some BIG spenders that will come in and clean out the store (or so it seems). No way SAs are turning them away. Totally different demographic with huge disposable income and spending habits. It would not make good business sense to piss off their top clients.
