i agree with the leather market they are entering, but canvas prices are also rising :sad: all the new collection canvas bags are no longer in the $1xxx range, i know things cost more now but does anyone remember when the NOE POUCH came out in 2018, it was $500 something and then a few months into 2019, they raised the price to 820$ :amazed:

Help! All my orders are being cancelled by LV. I ordered few items last month (2 christmas animation, favorite mm de and key holder). Yesterday my husband (from his account, same address) wanted to order key pouch and card holder and his orders were cancelled. We said ok, happened. But today the same. I tried from my account and the same - cancelled. It looks like we are blocked to order anything from the website. I called CS and they did not help, they told me that we are not blocked and cancellation was because the item was nonavailale or they couldnt verifiy something. But it happened with every order. What it could be? Did it happened to anybody that every order was cancelled ? How long it could take??

This happened to me a few days ago. I ordered several items last week and I thought I was being blocked or banned or something so I called CS and they too couldn’t tell why. They confirmed that my account wasn’t blocked. For some reason they said it’s because of my billing address. The CS I spoke with suggested I create a new profile and use a different ccard. In the end, CS placed the order for me, by then the item was already unavailable (took about half an hr), but the CS still put the order in for me. The status of the order was ‘pending product availability’ then became ‘order preparation’ after about 4 days. And now it’s being sent to the store (I chose store pick up). So I suggest calling the CS again and ask them to place the order for you. Hope this helps.

The same situation. CS offered placing order for me for the item that was cancelled but it wasnt available during my call. Did you try order something online after this? Was everything ok?

I just ordered a mini pa a half hour ago and so far no cancellation yet. But I think it will go through since before I got cancellation emails instantly. Still Fingers crossed!
