Thank you for sharing her and also the amazing backstory; love that your husband was the one who spotted her and that you saved for her together and for awhile; that makes it even more special IMHO. As much as I love instant gratification and wish I could purchase everything on my wishlist immediately, I do think there is something really special about having to save up and work toward big pieces; I know it helps me appreciate my nice things even more. Enjoy her; you deserve it!

PS. Your entire arm party is amazing; I love how you’ve layered all your pieces! Is that a 31mm or 36mm Datejust? The size looks perfect on your hand!

New sparkles today with a coil ring and Star earrings. Both are Moissanite.
My pendant is new, too, a perfect addition to this chain that I love but that I have only one type of pendant for it (three donuts in the three colors of gold). It’s 19k rose gold, and I found it in a new jeweler’s shop in my city. I know this will not be my last purchase there! The starburst heart is in right now, but I think I will love it for a long while. And I’m not afraid of mixing golds so I hope to get a lot of wear out of it.
My watch is also new. I seem to only reach for my smartwatch lately, and it’s nice to wear a traditional fashion one once in a while. I wear a lot of denim and black so I thought this watch might look good. Have a happy Friday!

This is a really interesting post for me as I don’t wear jewellery but would like to. I have fat fingers so rings don’t really look right, earrings always make my ears green but I’d love to wear bracelets, necklaces and watches.

Don’t let your fingers stop you. I have short fingers and didn’t think big statement rings would look good on me but now I’ve decided o don’t care. If I like a piece I’ll wear it because it makes me happy.

Ladies, Ive got a renewed obsession….JADE! On my last trip to LA I went to my favorite Jade spots ( I was surprised that some of them were still open!) And, I went BANANAS! Some for XMas gifts, a lot for me! This what I’m wearing today.
