Wearing my 10th wedding anniversary gift from my hubby :loveeyes: - blue sapphire and diamond ring in 18k white gold. I have to confess to picking it out as we don’t share the same taste in jewellery - he normally tends to go for a pronounced vintage/antique look - so I thought this was a good compromise as although it’s a modern ring it has a more unique design, whilst still being very pretty and wearable for everyday!

A little back story on my Rolex watch.

My hubby and I wanted an anniversary present :yes: so we went to the Rolex watch store.

We were hoping :angel: that both of us could get a watch. But Hubby decided he wanted me to just have a gold and stainless (two toned) and him no watch :crybaby: I didn't like that idea. That's not fair, I wanted us both to get a nice gift together. So we compromised and decided on each getting a stainless watch. But we now had a goal for a future date :yahoo: to each get a two tone.

We wore these all the time. They had so many scratches :eek: on them, they saw many vacations. We loved them:hbeat:


Well that day in the future came a few years ago. We purchased :drinks: our gold and stainless watches at Rolex.

But these watches now get little wear. We wear them mainly out to dinner, that is if we don’t forget:giggle: them since they each have their own cozy bed (watch winders):sleepy::sleepy:
We love them:love::love:

I figured it was time to wake up:happydance: my Rolex from being in bed :sleepy: during the long pandemic and introduce her :blush: to my yellow diamond:tup:

They both twinkled :loveeyes: when they met :hugs:as you can see in my picture. Guess you can call it love at first sight:girlsigh:
