My latest handbag purchased came today, so excited for this bag! I used to own the LV Speedy 30, then the Speedy B. I sold both when I got tired of the monogram and seeing it frequently around me.......but I did miss the lightweight canvas and cool style of the Speedy. So I decided to hunt for a bag that was similar but hopefully in a different print.
And I'm so happy to say that I found one! This is by the Italian designer Etro based in Milan and is pre-loved with the most wonderful patina. I just finished cleaning her up and she's in such wonderful condition.
The workmanship on this bag is just impeccable too, it has an inside zippered pocket that is quite large (unlike the Speedy's) and I love the additional vachetta along the zipper for reinforcement. The only thing missing is the lock so I'll be on the hunt for one.
I also enjoyed learning about this fashion house. They have some very high-end clothes, home goods, bags, etc.
