Wouldn't those chain straps be painful especially when bag is fully loaded?

Not really, it's not a large bag and unless I'm packing lead bricks in there it's not going to be as heavy as say my largest handbag, which can weigh me down even with its leather straps! Plus there is the option of holding it by hand or arm too. I guess it's personal preference, some say the thin straps of a neverfull can dig in and hurt too.

I'm not a hobo-style bag lady, but this bag is beyond stunning. That suede looks so luxurious. Love Gucci.

Sure, it is a personal matter. My idea that straps have to be proportional to the bag size. Say neverfull and thin straps it is a nonsense. Thin straps and small crossbody ok, thin straps and big tote-ridiculous. I have a vintage Gucci bag with heav chain straps, can't wear it, very uncomfortable. And that bag is medium to small size.

I also love the Milla tote. I got the Boston style because I have always loved LV Speedy's. The MCM gives me the same functionality, but with a whole different spin. MCM bags have been around a long time and seem to hold up well, given there are so many vintage ones on EBAY. I figured I would give it a go!
