i started to be more keen and buy more jewellery only mid this year. Recently converted a pair of ear studs of little diamonds into an open bracelet. I've not worn the ear studs for years (not an ear accessory person); was gifted with sentimental story behind. I'm now glad I'm wearing it everyday, other than its getting most compliments. It's brand-less, personal, and love this bracelet most.

Can I ask you about this ear stud conversion bracelet? Are you in the US? Was it a pricey conversion? I have a pair of studs that I want to do something with and i've been trying to find a jeweler who can help me do it. I love this!

I got the most compliments ever on a weird beaded piece I made myself. It was a heavy piece and it broke, but for some reason, people just loved that thing.

I never expected it to be, but my Tiffany zodiac necklace! I wore it straight for 7 years until I took it off at some point during quarantine to switch things up. People always seemed to notice & compliment it! Here’s a pic from when I got it in 2014:

Why thank you! And that pic is from when I got it, so it was very new indeed It does look spectacular still since I polished it with a cloth regularly. I find necklaces age much nicer anyway compared to rings or bracelets since they don't have as many opportunities to get scratched, lol! I'll have to get a new close-up pic

I have some nice jewelry at this point, but the one thing I always get compliments on is a pair of rainbow chandelier earrings from Banana Republic. They just make people happy.

For me, it’s my engagement ring and wedding band from Tiffany. People do not know that they are from Tiffany though.
