Not really patchy but colour gets sort of darkened the part that you hold the most. I suggest that you use a clean soft cloth to wipe it after each use (well I often fail to do so [emoji16]!). H can try to help you clean it but not for scratch or tears on the outside. I'm not sure if every store varies of their policy. Perhaps you could ask your SA about your store's normal practice.HTH.
