Congratulations on this beauty! My Kelly is in tadelakt. It's beautiful and I love it.Hi Ladies! Just wanna share my recent experience. My SA offered me this bag. B25 black tadelakt rghw. My 1st reaction was kinda mixed. I wasn’t so adventurous & i used to stick to the usual epsom/togo leather. And this is so unexpected, out of the blue. I tot I wouldn’t take the bag. But I would need to really see it in person. And after seeing it in person, i was mesmerised. The smooth buttery leather is heavenly. I would put it in between box & swift. Less shiny & less stiff than box. But not as matte & not as slouchy as swift. My SA also shared more about this being heritage leather, how they choose the leather, the treatment of the leather, etc. It’s such an amazing experience to chance upon this leather. Now, I would love to experience more leathers from H! U nvr know where the journey gonna take u!

Wear her in good health and happinessIntroducing the newest member of my H family: Birkin 30 in Chèvre Mysore, Caramel, PHW, 2005 (I square), acquired from a Japanese vintage seller. Very minimal signs of use. It still had the SA’s business card (Shibuya store) inside one pocket!
It is a Mothers’ Day gift from my family but naturally I see no reason to wait until Mothers’ Day to use it.Now planning all my outfits for the next few days around it….

Thank you @PrayersandPurses. Its condition was (from memory) described as “very good” but I think that’s a very exacting assessment. I can’t see anything but the most minimal signs of use; no corner wear, no hardware wear, and the structure is perfect. I think it has been carried but only rarely, by a very careful owner. And the price was great. The market doesn’t seem to value these older pieces, and I often notice well priced vintage chèvre, which suits me fine as I love these older bags for their craftsmanship and I adore chèvre!Wow 2005? Latest purchase that my amazing SA finally found for me in my size☺️ the funk ankle boots! All my other H shoes are sandals or heels… these are surprisingly comfortable off the bat but is a bit stiff when walking… hopefully these won’t take so long to break in!
