I just came back from SG and the H store didn’t have much stock and you can’t take any photos unlike my home store…so I didn’t get anything from the H store except the one at the airport..
It was my last chance so went to the T3 store and asked for some leather bracelets in my size but no black. SA said they didn’t have any but took this out & said it was a new style/collection that they just received. I always liked double tour leather bracelets and this was in my size in a lovely gold colour. I was hesitating as I wasn’t used to such details but decided why not? Since it was at the airport, this was GST free. I searched online and this was actually a men’s bracelet called Trench and it’s currently on the Europe websites. After staring at it for so long I actually think it’s very beautiful.
Have yet to unbox other items I purchased from consignment stores heee…

My latest Hermes purchases were a while back. It all started on Instagram. I fell in love with a small pink coin pouch and ordered it online. I arranged a click and collect. Because I wanted to see it live before taking it home. The SA was very patient and showed me all the purses. I ended up keeping the original one. On my way out I asked if I was allowed to place a Birkin request. So I describe my ideal bag. Black, ghw, 35. He looks at me and repeats. 35? Yes, 35. Im tall and not skinny so 35 works best on me. Low and behold he brings me a 35 Birkin. Blue. I forgot the name. Its a denim blue. Shw. (deep blue, thats the name) I call my husband who tells me to get it. I did. Later I bought a few leather bracelets in the same colour for Christmas. These were my last Hermes purchases.. Finances are no longer secure so I am not buying expensive stuff anymore. And I never used my Birkin. Or the pink purse. I have used the bracelets loads though. I do not regret buying my Birkin though. One day I may use it. In the meantime I like having it.
What a story. Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear that "finances are no longer secure", however you're defining this, but if it's any consolation, this is a true beauty. Sometimes, even looking at my H RECEIPTS makes me smile - and 99% of our stuff is for my wife, not even me.
This is my first trip back to Europe in 5 years and Paris 6 years so I went a little overboard. Got a compact Bearn wallet, a Kelly pocket belt, 2 twillys, and a B30! It’s my first quota bag offer so am very excited!

Walk-in at Sevres. Can’t go in asking for an appt bc we asked the day before and was turned down immediately. Have to go in looking in other departments, and then ask for the bag later.
