I recently learned of a Japanese word - tokonoma - and these shots are my tokonoma’s and my tribute to great artistry behind the brand! Can’t wait to wear them! Happy to have learned the stories behind the 2 70x70 scarves, particularly the one on top, that depicts Paris in the 1920s and pays homage to the Bolide, which (or who) is celebrating its/her/his/their centennial birthday this year…. yes, the Story Telling Marketing does work on me… hello Don Draper…. (and of course the craftsmanship) is what keeps me coming back to the brand :)

Tbh this increase is definitely more than previous years but they only do it once a year. Prices will stay the same until Dec at least.

My first H purchase in awhile- the beautiful limited edition Rouge H Shiny Lipstick in Corail Parasol.

I was lucky to try it instore- some pics, argh my hand looks awful under the light :sad:

This pic, Left is Corail Parasol. It has what looks like glitter pieces in it- SA was saying crushed pearl, I never know whether to believe that, but it is super pretty in person. Right is Beige Croisette.

This pic, on top is Brun Yachting. The Corail Parasol in middle looks super translucent, but in person it's got more colour. The shimmer particles were reflecting a lot so the colour may not show so well in this pic. Bottom, Beige Croisette.

I'll try get around to doing an unboxing video sometime. Meanwhile, hope the lippy swatches help! It's my first H lipstick, so am quite excited:smile::smile:
