Thanks Millivanilli! [emoji4]After thought a week and I decided to send email to them. They replied me in Germany but also in English. I feel hopeless but I will first try to let them know this issue. My friend get it for me, the SA there pointed her to the custom for the tax refund, but the tax refund counter was closed...
