What would you, the buyer hope for the future of Coach?

- I would like to see there be 3 specific lines: all leather, jacquard signature, and coated canvas (both signature and all leather). In all different varieties and colors. More conservative and luxe designs and colorful and fun lines (such as their scarf print, bleecker signature and optic lines) in all their products.

Since I'm more a collector of their keychains / charms than so many bags, I'd like to see a return of the great detailed fobs.....such as the leather ones, like the dragon and the Penelope flowers and the metal ones like the little 3D elephant and queen bee.

Nice! I always forget about their other items such as keychains. Thank you for sharing!!!

I would like to see them expand the 1941 line with a return of high quality leather bags with very minimal branding as well as little embellishment. Since that may be more of a niche desire, I suspect I'll need to search out small designers who specialize in that type of bag.

Soft quality leather is one of the best textures ever!! Love soft leather! Thank you for sharing!

I've been purchasing Coach since the early 90's, back when glove and pebbled leather was the norm. It's good to see a return to these materials, but, I'd like to see less embellishment, just focus on the beauty of the leather. And, yes, return to the whimsical key charms....that way, the customer can choose to dress up the bag or not. But I think the tearose items are spot-on. I'd love to see the embossed "C" leather in a wider range; currently there is a small cross-body available. I have leather embossed slgs from the 90's that are still holding up well, but I guess that design was just shelved.

I agree about less embellishments and leather embossed signatures!! It's too bad it was shelved, I have one wallet like that which I like. Those 90s bags were a good investment!! Thanks for sharing!!

I want them to stop discounting. They have so much to offer now with recent "hip" spokespeople and collections that it would make the brand so much better to know the prices remained stable. I hope they keep going with soft leathers, too. I find many of their leathers way too hard and stiff and think softer leather makes for nicer quality bags. And maybe change the shipping for online/store orders? They are a complete FAIL in shipping, just throwing items carelessly into boxes. I guess my hopes are customer-servicey more than design.

Amen to that! I have about 150 Coach keychains but have probably only bought 2 new styles in the last 2 years. They're not only more cheaply made and less detailed, but far too many of them are just plain BORING. (I won't even go into the ones with spring gate clips that won't stay closed!)
