I picked Patek out of your poll options, but my personal favourite (of the watches I own) would have to be Cartier (I have a two-tone panthere). I also love the Bulgari serpenti watches (one is definitely on my list) as well as the AP Royal Oak with the steel bracelet, for women. I hold the minority opinion of not really caring for Rolex.

I’m not a huge watch girl, but I have contemplated getting a Patek. I like Ap and Rolex too, but I really like the pateks.
