My 2005 Teal Balenciaga First. Light goatskin, can wear on the shoulder or arm, outside zipper pocket for my cell phone and inside pocket for lip stick. I have a burgandy from the same year, but I prefer the teal. I am thinking about moving up to a chèvre City bag. I own about 30 bags, but I keep going back to my Balenciaga bags. They are easy to carry and practical to use. I also love the edgy moto look. No one here in KC knows Balenciaga from Coach so I don't carry them for status. They are just perfect. Especially the older goat skin bags.
I've been thinking about this bag and thought it would serve me well, but I am divided between this and a Balenciaga City. Tell me why you like this bag. Does it require an organizer like the speedy bags?
The main reason I love this bag is the fact that it's SO comfortable and light to carry. I also love that it's maintenance free. I don't use organizers in my bags, I prefer to carry wristlets, etc. I also love this bag because of the detachable strap, although I really like the way it looks with it. I love the pocket on the front but I haven't used it yet. It's really simple to get into though. I've read some comments about it being hard to open but I've not had that problem.
I rotate out quite a bit but I've fallen absolutely head-over-heels for my Givenchy Antigonia tote. It's been great to me from shopping and lunch with friends to playgroup and groceries with my son and makes my outfits look a bit more polished overall (at least I like to think

LV Speedy 30... I have been using this bag the most out of all my bags for the past 1.5 years. At first I HATED the handheld, but now I find that ideal because I don't perfer taking a bag off my shoulder to get into it. I like my stuff to be easily accessible... I also like that the bag is indestructible in any climate. I don't abuse it, but I certainly don't baby it.
Longchamp Le Pliage - but.... Had mine for nearly 7 months and the corners already have holes... have emailed costumer services - I hope I can get my bag repaired or replaced!!!
