I wear semi-regularly, but I change my mind way too much to have stables.
But I got the Roseark sideway cross necklace for Christmas, and I have been wearing it almost nonstop.
I get a ton of compliments on it in Europe, because most people have never seen anything like it.

My staple pieces are my studs, ering, yurman pave candy bracelet, and soon to be yurman pave eternity bracelet.
My wedding ring and diamond eternity ring (stacked on top each other) on my left hand. In addition, I always wear a right-hand ring ... I feel naked without one lol!

My 4 year old noticed recently that I always have 2 rings and a bracelet on, and now she wears two huge cocktail rings and a charm bracelet from the gap almost all the time!

Oops ... I forgot to add my Cartier Love bangle. Since it's stuck on my arm, I forget it's there lol!

depends on the time of year usually my MK white watch (Summer) siver (Winter) then usually rotate between two or three, classic tiffany charm bracelet, small bead bracelet with x-large tiffany charm; venitian bracelet and large bead bracelet... then summer I like wearing my large key (tiffany's) or my small heart and small key combined.

IF I wear anything (at all!) it's my ering and wedding bands. All on one finger. And that's it. I sometimes will wear more dressy attire (for me, khakis and a polo are black tie!) and will put in my tiny studs.
I also recently got a watch which I haven't worn in at least 5 years. I plan to start wearing one frequently.

My wedding ring, engagement ring and my "lily" ring (pink sapphire/diamond half eternity band--got it when i had my daughter) and i put the sapphire/diamond ring between my wedding ring and engagement ring. Always my white gold hoops (2"), thin white gold thumb ring--definitely my "signature" piece....I am never seen without a thumbring and I have one in yellow gold and one white gold so it can match whatever color metal I wear, pandora necklace, 2 pandora bracelets.
