I’ve located the receipt, but don’t know whether or not it’s too late to take back and complain.
The company are notorious for not refunding, but even a credit would be something, as I don’t expect a bag I’ve had such a short time to split..
If they won’t take it maybe I’ll gift it to someone less fussy, or just use it in bad weather, but what a waste of money..
I’ve definitely started hunting for my next new bag!

I guess quality control is slipping everywhere. No quality handbag should be splitting without regular use after only a few months. Take it back and see about something else that you like… I’m sorry that happened to your bag.

Barbie Balmain was in-store only and not current season (Balmain X Evian is the current)

At the grand opening of the new store in Mount Street, Olivier came over from Paris and had his pic taken with one of the VIPs wearing head to toe Balmain X Barbie
