What is harder to find these days HAC's or Birkins?

My SA informed me that there are no plans in the immediate future to produce the smaller HACs, but with Hermes, you never know. Sometimes, they bring back a discontinued model or color or you may come across one unexpectedly in boutique. Of course, there is always the preowned route if you really want a discontinued model.
