That’s annoying :sad: I think it would annoy me too much to keep but at the same time Mulberry customer service seems to be experiencing some issues/lengthy delays. Does it irritate you or can you overlook it?

Aw thanks for your opinion - i'm not sure what i'll do. i didn't notice it at first glance but annoyingly, noticed after i'd removed the protective paper strap packing and i'd just started spraying with Collonil water stop spray. I guess you can't rely on Mulberry to inspect before packing?

Some irises been added that I don’t remember seeing before - one ombré & 2 tweed models

tessie hobo also back in stock in black and oak (I bought the oxblood & considered returning, but now I'm looking at getting a second in black, why am I like this)

Thank you! I was trying to be good and not do my usual refresh on the sale page :giggle: I missed out on a Tessie hobo in oak before but fingers crossed i just got one. Did you resist the black?

And I think that Mini Iris is super cute. I love apricot, just not the tweed. It’s not my style but I just adore it!

I gave in to my temptation to get the small Bryn tote. I wanted something practical for a bus or walking commute to work carrying my small laptop. My more formal work bags are top handle or shoulder carried bags and the wide webbing crossbody strap makes this comfortable. Here it is with a scarf I was given for Christmas.

I was a bit disappointed it’s arrived with slight creases as show in the photo. However, I decided its natural as it is quite unstructured and even though it has lovely thick leather it is soft.
