[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] oh my gosh, you've reached the mythical state of having enough bags? Tell me more about your journey!

Seriously though, totally normal [emoji23]

Lol sparkletastic[emoji3][emoji3]

Don't worry! Just lie down, take a little break, and then browse some of the reveals on tPF. You'll be back to normal in no time!

Thanks so much for your support. I'm resting, getting treatment and drinking a lot of fluids. I hope to make a full recovery. LOL!!!! 😜😜😜

My "journey" is that last year I sold off almost all my handbags because I wasn't using many of them. Then, with a TON of help and advice from my awesome fellow TPF'ers (seriously, I couldn't have done it without you all), I rebuilt my handbag collection.

I identified my wardrobe needs and filled those gaps. I made sure I only bought bags I LOVED. I bought several black bags in various materials and styles to make my basics interesting while getting bags in every color I love. I had to stop being brand driven and explore many brands I hadn't noticed. And I even bought my HG - a vintage Chanel black patent jumbo w/SHW! So, while I NEVER before would have use the term "carefully curated" for my bag collection because it would have seemed to snooty, it really has been.

Now, I think I'd like to add some really unique bags to my collection but those will be discovered vs. hunted like my others.

Again, big thanks to my TPF'ers. You all are so helpful and make my bag addiction fun!

Wow! I'd love to know more about your handbag journey ... if you ever decide to start a thread, I'll definitely want to read it! I'd love to know what your collection looked like before vs. now, and how you got yourself to stop being brand-driven (personally, I think I've evolved to only buying what I love and will use, but am still more brand-driven than I would like). Anyway, congrats on being bag-satisfied (at least for now, lol!).
