Chanel, Chanel, Chanel....any medium sized bag around the $3K range (getting harder and harder to find with Chanel). I know I should be happy with my lovely collection of bags already and I DO love them...but this is Chanel! Chanel-lo?! lol

My want is rather cheap! It's just an Ugg crossbody (similar to the small leather crossbody but larger) that I saw at Dillards the other night. It didn't have a tag on it though so I don't know the model :( Never spent 3-400 on a purse before but it's calling my name lol. Maybe purses will replace my electronics addiction.

I saw one of my co- workers bag today & I'm willing to go off my year ban for this Cole Haan bag she had . When I asked her where she got it she said from Groupon about a year ago. It figures I've been looking for it since I got home & can not find it. :cry::pout::cray::sad::sad::sad:

I went from being completely content with what I have to wanting about 6 different bags in the span of about a month. If I have to rank them...

I believe the Saint Laurent Studded Small Sac De Jour is at the top of my list.

does anyone else feel like Coach and Kate Spade are like gateway purses?? I mean never before would I think about spending $300-500 on a bag but then I came across the most perfect bag and this is the one I am lusting after....

it's a Miu Miu bag and it looks great crossbody as well as on the arm. I am seriously stalking this bag online. only problems are I've only found it for sale used, it's $1000 used and well, I can't believe I'm considering paying $1000 for a used bag.

this bag of course led me to the Miu Miu bow bag which now is also on my wish list. It's adorable but seems to be much more common so I can wait for it. Sorry for the long post but none of my friends understand, I could never tell them I was on the fence about a $500 bag much less a $1500 bag!! Love this forum =)

Total gateways! I agree. But you can find nice marc by marc jacobs pre- loved on ebay for cheaper, amd they always go on sale at bloomies and nords...think sale or ebay, especially if you are having reservations anoit a strap. If you are going to pay that kind of $ full price, you should love, love, love that perfect bag! ... Watch out for the mbmj...that leads to Marc Jacobs (designer).. then if you're going with that kind of money, might as well get an LV, then its just over for you... LV, Givenchy, Chanel...Hermes...just go for it! Lol

yes! I never really got Chanel before but I totally get it now. Not that I'm ready to spend that much but I get it. I am still lusting after the mbmj groovee and the miu miu bow bag, both of which I've seen on ebay but as far as the miu miu bow bag goes, it's like $300 for a well used bag and I cant decide at what point the bag is too used for me to spend that much on it. one I like, the color is all worn off the edges of the bottom and on another, the piece where you would clip the detachable strap is broken off. I mean I could fix it but it kills me to spend $300 on something I will have to refurbish myself!
