Thanks! I really like the white Gucci one too, but it bothers me that Gucci will allow their items to go 50% off MSR. $800- $1000 is a big deal!jadecee said:
Out of the sale items, I really like the Gucci white/brown one for some reason! I think it would be cute to lighten up brown outfits or with jeans etc.
The first one I could live without and may end up returning....just thought it might look cute with toned down clothes. The last bag I am hoping it will look cuter in person! It doesn't really show the details of the bag, like the chain. I think I have an outfit this might look cute with.
I am starting new with my bag collection so I am going a little crazy now.
I plan on shopping this weekend for a couple LV and maybe a black Chanel and then I am DONE.....for a while anyway!

Yeah... it's really tricky with Gucci because it's a fine balance between trying to wait for the bag to go on sale and risking them not having it left in stock, or paying full price knowing that it might go on sale later on. It forces you to have a well-trained eye!!
I think though.. there are still certain handbags that once you see them you love them and I would get regular price anyways because you get to use it for all that time before it ever goes on sale!
Also.. the white gucci you got.. I haven't ever seen anyone on the street have or even post a picture up anywhere else before so I think it has a uniqueness and it's details are amazing... guccissima AND bamboo?!
I don't think anyone would consider you a chump for getting it regular price!! Altho I do hear you that if it does go on sale later on.. it IS a rather big chunk of change....GOOD LUCK with your purchases! Sounds like you reaaaaally want the black one, so I hope they have stock and you get it!!
Just my opinion though. 
Your 100% right about Gucci and sales. I will probably keep the white one becasue it's such a classic and I know I would get a lot of use out of it. The other sale ones, I would have never paid full price for, but I don't plan on using them for every day. The black one I would use a little more, but still not every day. Back to the white Gucci, when I ordered it I never seen it anywhere either. I really love everything about it!!!
After I bought it someone posted these picture on the Gucci forum. I thought it looked cute in green, but I think white will look even better. I just wish my door bell would ring so I could have me some purses!!!I could live without the black one, but I really do like it! I just need a black bag. I already have my eye on an LV one, but I am waiting to see it in person before I make the buy. I am so glad LV does not go on sale, well sort of I guesss.
