I love my Batignolles Horizontal, but I don't think I'd sell an Alma just to get it. In fact, I want an Alma too! I'd say keep the Alma as it is very classy and timeless, and just save up for the Batignolles:yes: .

Others have said it, but if you need one more reassurance, then I'll say it.. The Alma is a timeless classic that will stand the test of time. There will be IT bags in the years to come, but the Alma will stay. Hold on to your Alma, you wont regret it.

I think the Alma is lovely, but I think it's a more mature looking bag than the BH or BV. Having said that, I'm looking forward to being a career lady and getting one to tote around, it'll always be a classic!

Me too me too!!! I didn't really noticed the alma, until one day i saw a lady with the damier alma, and i fell instant in love!!! :heart: :heart: :love: !!! lkg fwd to owning this some day soon! :shame:

This is quite sad indeed. I live in Thailand and when I was out at the mall the other day, I saw this woman carry a LV blue denim baggy (I had my mind on getting) and it was fake to the bone. I walked around the mall and went to have dinner and stuff, then saw another woman carrying the fake baggy. It turns out she was the same woman with the same copied bag!!! My luck. Anyways, what I mean to say is that there seems to be so many people with all sorts of replicated bags here. I actually felt jaded for the rest of the day cuz I really adored the baggy and aimed to purchase one. :sad: Kinda good secret training for the eye here, to see if I can spot reals vs. fakes.

An authentic LV bag, no matter what model, is truely distinctive, beautiful and enjoyable, because fake ones can not even compare!!! The Alma is classic! :yes:

I bought this bag after I saw some lady in the mall with it.
It seems very nice and classy. I told myself to get this bag, so when I am that "mature" and the bag has nice patina, I will be nice lady with alma bag lol..I am pathetic same like when I got Mezzo. I got it after seeing Jolie carry it around anytime she has her children with her. I told myself, it's an investment, one day when I have a child I will use this mezzo as diaper bag.

Thanks ladies...I have new appreciation for my alma.
the thought of selling my alma occur after I saw the cleaning lady for my buliding carry fake alma (the one without leather bottom).
I just hate seeing so many fake mono bags,it ruins it.
