I thought I read this somewhere and now I can't find it - how will the new croc maggie compare size-wise to the current maggies? I have two of the "originals" but the new smalls are too small for me...

Call JAX. They should let you order, and, if you explain that the store couldn't order it so you couldn't use your PCE, JAX should be able to apply the PCE discount for that special circumstance.

OMG the new croc Maggies are TDF! As much as I love the peony color, the bone would be alot more practical on a daily basis (for me). I wish we could use the PCE discount on these.

Just got off the phone with JAX, the Madison carryall will be out in Bone and Rose the fist week of Dec. She said they sould arive at distribution Center Dec 5th and then it will take about 5 days to get to the boutiques.

That's how I remembered it. Seems a few people have been able to in this thread. My boutique of course always sticks to the rules so I almost hate to ask...

God, I am so cranky about this situation! I should stay away! LOL!

I know I sound like such a crying baby, but it's such BS that all of you guys are able to order it from your boutiques while I got a HELL NO from them, pretty much.

Is it too far if I call Coach and nicely tell the manager that she should probably re-inform her staff that they are able to back-order since I've been reading about lots of other people being able to do this?

I still cannot believe she refused me! You'd think with how much they are hurting they'd just want my $500!

She also told me that if I can't ever do a price adjustment in the event I buy it at full price and get a PCE a few weeks later.
