Sometimes I'll trade the lock for a cadena or leather key chain.

It depends on which bag & what ~ I'm wearing. Mostly I don't wear anything besides my gold heart cadena (Which pretty much stays on my black togo Birkin ~ my go to bag, when wearing black ~ which is a lot).....I do love the leather key chain & twillies. After my jewelry & sunglasses ~ I just don't want it to look like I'm wearing too much....but, than I will be out & see people with accessories & I think ~ I'm putting more more on next time

Twilys and change the clochettes or add more than one ! I love clochettes .

I'm with birkel! I love clochettes! It's the only thing I hang on my Birkins permanently. Other than that, the occasional scarf when i have it with me but not wearing due to too hot/indoors etc. I don't like stuffed animals either. I like to keep it simple.

I have a stuffed pink mushroom head from the Super Mario game world on my etoupe birkin 40. I feel it ads a bit of whimsy to a bag that could otherwise be seen as a bit stuffy.
