What designer bags do you travel with??

I think Prada vela buckle-pocket messenger bag is good for travelling. I like this type. This bag from Italian designer is quite roomy and feature to hidden zip pockets to go along with the main zipped compartment at the top.

We drove down to Florida from NYC last Saturday, and will be here until Thursday.

For a two week trip with our dog, I took my LV Neverfull GM, my Balenciaga Weekender, a Bal city, and my large size Le Pliage (it's my Bulldogs bag).

Each bag has it's uses but I find myself using the LV the most. I guess it's because it's a beach vacation and since it's canvas, I've been taking it everywhere and just wiping it down after use. The size is great too as it fits everything.

For me, it depends on where you're going. But for the beach, nothing beats a large Longchamp or canvas bag.

I've found my medium PS1 to be the perfect travel bag--just the right size for everything I need to keep close with me (Kindle, long wallet, phone, few other things) and then a Le Pliage for my other stuff. Seems to work well for most trips!

It depends on where I'm traveling & what my needs are

I love my LV NF for overnight/weekend trips since it can expand to a large tote to hold all the things & cinch down to a handbag. I also think LV pochettes travel well bc you can wear them as clutches, large wristlets or with a crossbody strap

But for off the beaten path traveling, I have a Lululemon duffel or a Kate Spade tote to use instead of my NF & a small Coach crossbody instead of LV pochettes. For instance, DH & I are taking a delayed honeymoon to Costa Rica later on this year (when the rainy season subsides) & planning to stay in canopy treehouses and adorable surf bungalows rather than resorts so will likely leave the LVs at home

For my 3 week trip to Europe in October I was planning on taking:

MBMJ Nylon Natasha (hands free, waterproof, light)
Coach Hadley Field bag (smaller bag for sightseeing, crossbody, neutral color, no logos)
Longchamp Le Pliage (carry on)

and 2 small clutches for nice dinners, probably Rebecca Minkoff WOC and Louis Vuitton Eva...is that sick to bring 5 bags? I'm a terrible overpacker!

No, not at all and most of them are small. Great choices for your trip, enjoy yourself! :smile1:

I am on holiday in a resort in Crete right now. I used Longchamp le Pliage large shoulder bag for the airport. Inside I had my monogram Eva Clutch, de Pochette and mini pochette in azur. Everytime I see a Neverfull I wish I had brought mine and then I remember how I am not comfortable travelling with an open top bag.

Usually a Louis Vuitton Neverfull with a small bag inside. Love carrying neverfull when I travel cuz it fits a lot so its perfect on board and I use the small bag for the rest of my travel.

Here is how I usually travel : One of my BVs inside my brown LePilage and my faithful TUMI roller wheels. At SFO airport yesterday -
