Got an industrial, two horseshoes, diamond studs and my dangle Lori Bonn Mabe Pearl earrings in my left ear, diamond stud and matching LB in the right and trega piercings on both sides as well.

Everything but the Lori Bonn's in the main hole are every day jewelry.

It changes a little day-to-day but I usually rotate the following for work:

10mm pearl studs
White gold baguette diamond clips
white gold small hoops with solitaire pink diamond

I am completely lusting after a pair of Jill Sander spear earrings with smoky quartz...sigh...

I dont usually change my earrings that often, but i just changed from my fancy yellow diamond studs with white diamond pave (.8 ct) to small blue diamond studs (.2ct)

Just got two more holes in each ear so I'm up to a total of 4 holes in each, 3 in each lobe and 1 in the cartiledge. I've gotta keep the earrings that they were pierced with in the top 2 holes for a while, small stars in the cartiledge and plain silver studs in the lobes. I always switch the other two according to mood and outfit, anything from my diamond studs to rainbow hoops.

I have 3 holes in my right ear one is in the cartilage and 2 in my left ear. I never wear more than one in each ear anymore. I've been wearing these (Elsa Peretti Tiffany's small ss open hearts) everyday.
