1 ct diamond studs. I too have 3 holes in each ear from my younger days but I haven't worn anything in the upper 2 holes for probably 10-15 years.

I have two holes per ear. In the upper ones I wear small (.10 each) diamond studs.
I wear different ones in my main holes. Earrings are my weakness and I especially love hoops!
My favorites are my white gold diamond 1.33 tw in/out pave hoops.

In my upper holes I sometimes wear a pair of small white gold diamond studs my DH gave me.....not today. I just have my Coach sterling peace sign earrings in my lower holes today.

I have 3 holes in my left and 2 holes in my right ear. I don't wear anything on the 3rd hole. I use 1ctw (.5 on each side) diamond studs on the 2nd piercings and my white gold diamond solitaire hoop earrings on the 1st hole.
