I just checked the invoice, it turns out my bag is rust from fall winter 2019. XS backpack has been discontinued, but the boutique still has some products from past seasons. I'm pretty sure that's why I got it at 50% discount and additional 10% because I also bought a strap.

I also tried the new size, it's a bit bigger than XS but isn't as big as foulonne. I'm definitely interested to get some in the future.

Yeah, I think they just want to clear out old stock. The SA couldn't find new ones in the storage, so I just bought the ones on the display.

I was worried when longchamp changed the size. After I tried the newer size, I’m glad it still looks good. I tried longchamp leather backpacks before and they were too big.

Thank you, Lizzys. I am excited for you to get your Cuir crossbody! After all that, I ended up not pursuing the key case
(your help is so appreciated though!) and might postpone getting my bag for a bit. I've spent so much time debating color and size, so maybe I just need to revisit it later to be able to make up my mind. Plus, I'm too focused on gift shopping this week!

Haha that first cuir had such a different type of leather, I almost forgot it was a cuir too! I guess I’m really addicted! Already planning my next colors! I think sage is beautiful! You captured the color pretty well on your pic for me at the store. Somehow the leather on the essentials saturates the colors so well! I love it!

They do put out lovely colors; I enjoyed seeing all the past ones in the Le Pliage Cuir thread. Honestly, perhaps I just have my heart set on Mocha and that’s why I can’t decide on anything else!

This is the most true to life color I can get, taken under sunlight. I would say it’s the same as the LC box color. I would’ve taken a pic of it on top of the box but I’ve already packed my boxes away. HTH.

You are correct that it is close to the LC box color. I happened to have both close by and shot a pic.
