My SA said the 15th too....thank goodness my Birkin arrived before then...at least I saved some $$$

.. the dollar keeps getting weaker and US hermes prices keep going higher as a result. c'est la vie, i still want my hermes.

Not that it helps, but I was in the shop this week and the prices in Vienna got higher too Scarfs and bags - so I guess not only the $ .. as we pay in Euros in Europe.

I guess about 5% since my last purchases in Spring

I bought two scarfs: Twilly 90€, 90 Carre 265€
I saw a Lindy and a Plume and they were 3.890,- and 3.980,- (don't know which price belongs to which bag anymore)
All after tax as we are in Europe.

I got a call today - a 35cm in togo - will go up from 8300 to 9100! Probably in the next week or so!!

When I called my local H boutique, they stated that a 30cm Birkin would move from 7600 to 8500.

Wow, that's 11% increase!!! I guess I will slow down on Hermes purchases now.

My SA had said that an "average Birkin" would be going nearly 1K. Looks like he knew what he was talking about based on some of these prices.

That pretty well seals the idea of getting a Birkin in one of the boutiques. Let's hear it for consignment shops!!!

This price increase really sucks the root! But for those of us who are suckers for classic style and super quality and refined taste...we'll still be riding the waves no matter how high...so sad, isn't it?...yet still so much fun! This is crazy!

I am also upset with these new prices... I just feel like they are taking advantage of us since Hermes is growing and becoming more popular!
I will be buying all my scarves before the increase, and will buy the exotic Kelly Wallet I've been having my eyes on. At 11% it will also go up aprox 1K. ugh.
