Use Apple Guard Cleaner and the Spray protectant. It works great! It got my white suede back looking brand new and has protected it from getting dirty. Mine was dirty from finger prints- the oils. I get mine from leatherstuff.com.
Katrynar, call them up (number should be on the receipt) and tell them about their mistake. Get their fax number and fax the receipt to them and ask them to credit your account.

I have both, lol. I have a dark brown suede drawstring and a light camel suede soho flap with matching wristlet. I just got the light suede pieces so they haven't had a chance to get dirty yet but the dark brown came to me a bit dirty already around the edges (from ebay but it was a bargain).

You should definitely call them and explain what happened and that it is a long trip to drive back... and see what they can do!
That looks like the end of every aisle at Wrentham outlets! It's amazing how people park there -- up hills, on medians.. it's nuts! Sometimes there will be 2 or 3 cars (the middle one trapped inside) !

That always seems to happen to me. Something goes wrong when I pay cash. I'm glad you are getting the price adjusted. I don't particularly like the Woodbury Commons outlet. Whenever I've been there, they have very few good deals. Same with the "outlet" in the Poconos.
