hi, is leather of Wellesley rachelle the same as cedar street maise?

if it's different, then which leather would u prefer?

The leather on Wellesley is very stiff and thicker than the saffiano type leather on cedar street. I prefer Wellesley because it holds its shape well (and also the handles fold down). The downside is because the leather is stiff, it's harder to open wide and my hands get scratched up by the zipper.

oh thanks for the info.. i think i would like wellesley rachelle better.. stiff leather sounds more appealing to me

I love the large Wellesley Rachelle. I have it in turquoise. I find them often on Poshmark and eBay with fair prices. Keeping my eye out for Pillbox red!
