I lose weight fast by sticking to low carb and walking quickly twice a day -- a mile each time. Good luck -- you'll do it!

Trying to stay healthy is important while losing weight. Make sure you get enough nutrients and water!
I'm just trying to maintain my health for finals and to not load up on junk food. Grilled chicken has gone a long way of keepign me satiated ;).

Seriously, for me I lost my weight on Weight Watchers. 74 pounds of it in a little over a year.

Wow, that's great! I actually just tried WW (not the meetings though, the online version) but I ended up quitting it. The big problem for me right now is time and the fact that I have none! Between schoolwork, housework and taking care of my baby, time is at a premium. I know that's part of the problem since I sometimes have to eat on the run and I don't always make the best choices in those circumstances. But now I am motivated to at least try to do better.

Coach outlet....here I come!!
 
sweetmel- Self is doing a challenge right now and it always help me lose weight. I admit, I gain it all back becasue I don't change my 'lifestyle'-love to eat carbs!

That's a good deal! I have one going with myself for the legacy shoulder bag after I reach my goal.
I've been doing nutrisystem for a week and lost 4 lbs so far. But I think it's about the same as Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. I need the prepackaged foods with all the junk food kept in my house!

sounds good!! don't eat too much sweets and carbs, salty foods too. i remember my hubby made a dare that if i eat white sauce spaghetti every dinner for 3 mos he'll buy me a bbag! but i had second thoughts coz i might vomit for the next 3 mos LOL! but that's a very good motivation

Angel!! I started to say I would hold him to that, but I thought it said 3 DAYS, not 3 months... :sad: Ick... I really don't care for the white sauce either... I don't think I could do that!!

I need motivation..... I wish I could hold myself to a rewards system. I gained a bunch of weight since I'm not dancing anymore, and I really need to figure out a way to reverse that!! Post other ideas ladies, I think I may join some sort of challenge here too?? Do you mind sweetmelissa??

I hear ya! It was hard in the beginning for me, but now it's second nature! I do crave junk every once in awhile though.

I bought my first Coach purse when I lost 25 pounds, and when I became a lifetime member at Weight Watchers (maintaining your goal weight for 6 weeks) my Mom got me a LV (I was going to buy it myself, however she got it, so I got an iPod instead.)
