We can ask Vlad if it's an option on the new software we're planning.
Unfortunately this has been an issue since the birth of tPF. Anytime pics are posted online there's a chance they'll get swiped, often even with a watermark!
There's free watermark apps but even if you post "for tPF only, not for sale!" in huge font across the photo, they'll still do it.

Completely, though it would be great if it could be added in some way to the photo software, at least we can reduce it even a bit with watermarking, sadly it'll never be 100% stopped.

Wow! They even use them with the watermarks?? UNREAL!! I bet you could write a book about what you've seen come to and from this forum! It sure would be great if it could be automated somehow when we download pics. Thanks for asking Vlad, Swanky!

Does anyone know how to watermark using Picasa?? That is what I use for my pics. Can't find a watermark option anywhere!

Discovered earlier if u are a macbook user u don't need any extra software as you can add text on ur pics using the mac preview functionality. May help some fruit users.

Interesting, I'm on an Imac though i admit for my pics i mainly use the app w/my phone lol

Likewise but I was looking into free software for watermarking and stumbled across the fact we already have it in preview & does work tried it earlier. I never even knew just assumed preview was what it said on the tin just looking at things. I really only use my air for the internet so it doesn't surprise me it does things I am unaware of lol.
