Want to purchase a 'forever' piece of jewellery... advice please!

If you opt for the dbty bracelet- I would not do the blue nile one you linked as the diamonds used in it are not nearly as nice as the ones from either Brian Gavin or Whiteflash.

I like the style of it but would probably get it made by the jeweller who made my engagement ring and our wedding bands.

I would recommend a classic diamond solitaire necklace. you can wear it everyday and you'll get so much mileage out of this purchase!

my second option would be a tennis bracelet or platinum or YG dbty bracelet but if you cannot wear bracelets at work you wont get enough wear to invest in a piece like this imo....

I agree with Candice0985 on the diamond solitaire or diamond tennis bracelet. Both are classic pieces will last you years to come. I highly recommend them!

Thank you for all your help! I feel even more confused now though. I think I'm going to make an appointment with my jeweller and have a chat with him. I am leaning towards a watch or a bracelet but I know how easily I can change my mind. Xx

LOL, I'm not surprised you are confused after all the lovely suggestions everyone has come up with! I think it is a great idea to have a chat with your jeweller as he might have more suggestions. Can't wait to see what you decide! xx
