want to exchange my LV because of a loose thread...

if i didn't want a LV tote REALLY badly, i would ask for a full refund in a heartbeat. i can't believe i spent 1200 on a blemished bag to exchange for an even worse one. i know these things happen and it's no big deal really because i can exchange it for a piece in good condition, but it's beginning to make me think, what am i paying for? a broken bag with a polyester dustbag that is falling apart at the seams?

i know i'm releasing my anger at the wrong place but i need to vent. i feel so stupid for paying so much for what seems now like an overpriced piece of rag.

i think it's safe to say no more LV... atleast for a long time.

I feel your frustration! The other day, I bought a wallet and when I looked at it closely after I got home, I noticed a flaw in the stitching on the top of the wallet. When I was at the store, I never looked at it carefully thinking that it must be perfect since it was an LV.

I took the wallet back the next day and the SA even said that nobody would buy it because it was so obviously flawed. (Then why did they sell it to me to begin with?!) This really makes me mad because of the top dollor they charge for everything! You would think that they would quality inspect every piece with a microscope--or at least they should. From hearing about all the imperfect goods that so many of us bought, this really makes me wonder about the "great" quality of LV.
