Hi, this is my first post!
I had placed an order with an SA for a small classic flap before the price increase (US) next week and she told me that she has placed the order but is still waiting for confirmation. How long does it normally take to get confirmation? Do all orders go through? I’m hoping the order goes through but I’m anxious that it won’t and if I should try to find the bag through another SA ASAP..

No charge yet. My SA had said on Friday that she would be able to take orders on Monday and it was on a first come first serve basis, luckily I saw her post the minute she posted it and I sent her my CC info right away.. I hope you find your medium! I've seen those alot more often than the small.

Hi, is this through a boutique SA or a department store? Last time I spoke with a boutique SA, I heard they can’t take orders while stores are closed so not sure if this has changed. Thank you!

This is with Neiman Marcus. I've heard the same about the boutique SAs- I don't think this has changed either.

In the same boat. I finally tracked down a red mini from an SA at Saks, but no confirmation, card hasn’t been charged. I sent her my info on Saturday and she said they will process first thing Monday. I’m losing hope. this was my hg!

this is so nerve wracking!

Ugh me too! I hope you get it, the minis are so cute! I just asked another SA at NM if she had the same issues with her other clients and she said no.. ): apparently the process is that the department store SA’s will place an order with the Chanel warehouse directly and then the management at their Chanel leased store will confirm the orders have gone through
