i love how they replace them. one of the tags on my scribble tote got ruined (by my lovely 3 year old nephew) and they still replaced it for free.
it is the little things that count, eh?
They are definately meant to be kept on. Why do you think Coach makes so many variations of them? (metal ones, suede ones, large ones, etc.) They're an accent.
