Haha yes it does! Still don't know why I am going to do with mine! So mad at myself for doing that! Debi from SacMag says it tools like mold, and she put on in a bleach bath and it came out perfect! Here is her post about it! What do you guys think? I have not gotten the courage up to do it yet and I don't know what will happen since I sanded half of it?!

If it were mine, I'd probably try it.

Me too!

Thanks!

It's from a Legacy duffle kit from 2012-2013. I have a bunch of other colors because I bought several duffles from the collection, but for the black, I only got the kit. Coach has a video showing all the color combinations that were possible and I was intrigued! Too bad the straps don't fit. It would have been fun switching that out along with the tassels and hangtags.

Wow! Wouldn't that be fun to have then all and just play! Perfect combinations for every single outfit!

The straps DO fit on my old NYC Mahogany duffle and I've been using the Emerald strap and tassel with it occasionally. I also have a black large slim duffle that I've used it on.

I'd love to be able to do that. The only straps I have that fit are from my burgundy Rambler's Legacy and navy/chambray from my archival Rambler, which looks terrible! I also wish I had a duffle in brown but a duffle sac is too big for me. I tried one once and it looked ridiculous on me!

Coach currently has styles called Dakotah and Ranger. Maybe they mistakenly saw how much the new Dakotahs are selling for and thought it was the same!

The description actually has the right years when it was made which means that the seller actually did some homework, so I don't think it was just a mistake. And the new ones don't look anything like the original. No, I think someone just got, shall we say, over-optimistic?. Heck, I've bought a never-used Sheridan Glenwood with the original tag and booklets for about a hundred dollars.

But who knows, maybe the seller will get lucky and find someone who absolutely HAS to have that bag and can afford the price.

One can always dream!

Do you use your Glenwood? I have a 1990s cosmetic case that came with the box, tissue and attached tags. I feel like if I use it, I'll destroy the reason I bought it.

I figured it out. Whateve, you're going to open a museum for all the bags you're afraid to use. ;)
