Victoria 35 in Rouge Casaque or Etoupe?

Okay here is the ending story. I settled for Gold. I couldn't wait for another 2.5 months and take a bet of Etoupe flyng into my small country. Gold was there and it was close enough to Etoupe, where I already have a Gold Kelly so I was contemplating on getting another Gold.....well, I like Gold so its no prob. Plus my Kelly is in togo where Gold comes in different shade of brown between togo and clemence leather. I really thought seeing RC and Gold next to each other the contrast stitching was appealing to me in the design of Victoria. For Bolide I am after Gris T, was shown Etoupe but it was too busy. So long to my quadruplet RC sisters, Julide & Cayenne-Pepper & Jeshika, I succumbed to the contrast stitching!!!

gold is great and you know it works for you since you have a gold kelly already!! i think the colour gold is undervalued, not surprisingly given H does colours so well and underestimated as it is an amazing versatile colour that truly goes with everything. i also have a weakness for contrast stitching. so congrats on your gold victoria..

I think Gold is a great classic color, just like Etoupe. Congrats on your find! And of course, it looks great on Carla Bruni!

Lilneko69 and Mimoko, Ooooh I am seriously starting to think I was really better off with Gold (although my second Gold bag). I have an Etoupe double watch band and compared it against a lot of colors and fabric textures that I can find in my wardrobe. I say Gold stands out / pops more than Etoupe against many color and texture. I am really really happy with it. Happy ending to my Victoria maze!!! Hurray!!!
