I actually got my ring really fast but I also live in northern CA and they are being sent from southern CA so it really wouldn't have taken so long regardless. Although, due to the popularity of the ring, I am not surprised that it will take that long. I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and didn't have that long wait so hopefully yours will come earlier than the 3 weeks.
