Looks vintage, and I'm not familiar with vintage item, but most likely it is fake.

Is there anyone who could take a look at this and authenticate? Even an opinion would count! I've tried to research and what I find matches up but I am so sceptical about ebay and designer goods. There is only a day left so any super fast replies would be SO welcome!

I have this awesome looking bag with the only marking on it that read "8833313 NOATD8831628" and another button that reads "Guang Tong".

What kind of bag is this and who is the maker?

Is it a real designer bag? It has several cutout pieces from what looks like a Dooney and Bourke purse as well several Coach pieces. It's put together very well, but it has no tags or identifying brand name on it that I can find. I am trying to authenticate this silk scarf.
Gianni Versace?

there is no tag or label attached. GV and crown design is on the corners of the scarf.
The scarf is a heavy silk, hand rolled and stitched.
The scarf has a horse, cat, dog, jaguar, parrots and a ribbon design that I have seen in other versace scarves.

I dont know the maker of the bag. the bag was made in china.
Guangtong is in Yunnan, China.
