Yes, Gail is correct the factory keeps spare parts even for retired items. My friend order a fuchsia clochette for her fuchsia spring street and she was able to get one no problem. When you order the clochette make sure you call it a "key fob" or "cow bell that holds the keys" because that's how the repair people call them. Also, and most importantly make sure to also order the KEYS because they do not automatically come with the clochette. Call 866-VUITTON and ask for Emy - she's very helpful.
